The instructions were clear and thorough and I was delighted that the packaging was minimal and almost entirely recyclable. I truly appreciate that there is minimal waste!

Be aware that installation relies on the existence of a small separation between the uppermost trim and front trim in the center of the Sprinter dashboard. The trim on our van was so tight to the dash that I was momentarily lost. A tiny bit of encouragement with a regular table knife and the bracket snapped into place as designed. So, don't panic if you encounter this.

I have used the charger/mount on several trips and the magnetic charging is great and the visibility and rigidity of the display are super. I wish a mount/charger of this caliber was available for our Outback!

I wanted a phone mount that was high-quality, sturdy, and didn't require any drilling or modifications to my 2023 TRX. This phone holder and mount was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to install, and my phone stays put no matter how 'spirited' my driving becomes. The other great thing is that the heat/ac vent is still operable and doesn't obstruct flow. Finally found a phone mount that works, in the field all year and on all kind of roads and use gps very heavily. for about 20 years I travel Route 88 in upstate NY and it SUCKS, every mount failed. this wad the first one to make the entire trip on that road with out dropping the phone. SOOOO Happy...

Top-notch product. I bought my 2016 Tundra new, but never purchased a phone mount because everything I found was either cheap, or required some sort of semi-permanent mounting solution. The OffRoam addressed my concerns with the all metal construction and the removable nature of the device. I've been super pleased with the product.

Like it so much, I am ordering a 2nd one. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Used to stuff my phone in any available cubbyhole often times falling out or being inconvenient. No more. And it charges wirelessly. Perfect.
