Shipping

All orders ship from our centrally located warehouse in Iowa. Most orders placed before 10AM CST will ship the same business day. We offer a variety of shipping options with USPS and UPS. During checkout, you will be able to choose a shipping option that's right for you - from Free Shipping with USPS Ground Advantage to pricier & faster UPS 2nd Day Air. 

Technical Support

Your Offroam mount is custom-designed to fit your truck perfectly. The mount is designed to stay on even over rough roads. If your base does not hold on your vehicle follow the following troubleshooting steps and reach out to hello@getoffroam.com for assistance. We would be more than happy to help you troubleshoot.

STEP 1: Check if you purchased and received the correct model.

  • As vehicle manufacturers update their models, they tend to produce both outgoing and re-designed models in the same year. Make sure to check both the model year and the year of manufacture of your vehicle. Reach out to us for assistance when in doubt.

STEP 2: Confirm that your air vent is not modified.

  • Offroam mounting base is specifically made to fit only OEM dashboard. Any modifications are not compatible.

STEP 3: Confirm you followed installation instructions. 

  • Please note that each mounting base is designed to fit only a specific area marked in the installation instructions.
