How to mount a CB radio in Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator
Here is a simple setup we made for our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. We used two components - readily available at Amazon and our store.
We drilled two extra holes in the Offroam clamp to fit the Mic Holder, and carefully tapped them for 2 M4 stainless screws.
Using a step drill, we ever so slightly opened up the holes in the Mic Holder to take up any misalignment issues from hand drilling / tapping.
I am fairly pleased with the end result, however I recognize that it only works for places like NorCal where we don't need to blast the AC or heater too much so we can live with partially blocked air vents.
Did you know that you can make your own using our Open Source clamp? Here is an example of our client changing the design to fit his needs.

We love that many in the Jeep community have access to machine shops, 3D printers and a knack for building cool things. That’s why we are offering the 3D CAD design files free of charge for your personal use. Here, Kerry G. from Colorado slightly modified the design and machined the Offroam clamp for a mic holder for his radio and 3D printed it.
