Does not block air flow. Air vent adjustment is restricted in up/down movement. The vent will remain open after installation. However left/right aim will retain full range of motion. Symmetric design allows for installation on driver and passenger sides.

I’ve tried multiple phone mounts for my Tacoma but they’ve never held up after a couple days. I knew about the ones from Offroam but never got it because of the price but now that I do have one, it’s definitely worth the price. The only phone mount for the Tacoma that’ll stay in place and hold your phone no matter the conditions of the road.
