Not easy to install but once done, it works.
I have a new 2024 Rav4. I bought this phone holder because I couldn't find anything for a 2024. I tried to install and it didn't work, but I got a huge scratch on my media frame!! Also looking at the box it came in it says for a 2023 Rav4. Very disappointed!!!!

The installation steps did not change from our published instructions, but takeaway from your experience is that the 2nd step needs a bit more care since the new RAV4 has a smaller gap between the screen & the surrounding bezel.
P.S. the product box was printed before Nov 2023, when the 2024 RAV4 was announced. Always refer to our up-to-date compatibility list that is maintained online.
It is so difficult to find a cell phone mount that isn't in the way, fits well, and grips the phone. This mount fits the bill! I was hesitant to spend the money, but it is worth it! My phone is now mounted in such a way that it doesn't block the A/C or any of the other accessories and it stays put! Definitely a WIN!
