Good but some flaws

2024 expedition XLT. Slightly difficult to get the corner mount to latch on. Slips off if you over tighten and if you under tighten it slips if you move the mount too much. The short arm is kind of useless and blocks the vent completely. Also the single screw is a pain to line up. Had to go 3rd party for a longer arm because they were out of stock. Overall a solid product but can use some minor tweaks.

All in all a good mount but not perfect.

The mount that goes in the vent is first class, fit and installed perfectly. The arm was OK but I eventually replaced it with an arm with tighteners on both ends, instead of one in the middle. The spring clamp was about maxed out with my iPhone 16 pro max size and I was not able to put the phone in without the mount moving and having to use two hands. Would probably work better with a smaller phone. I replaced it with the non charging magnet mount which was pretty weak. Replaced it with another brand magnet mount with much stronger magnet. Well made product, just not quite what I expected overall for a strong mount for a large size iPhone.

For one-handed use, we recommend tightening the arm down fully to lock it in place. Our all-metal friction arms can be cinched down securely to prevent any movement during docking and removal, making it easy to use with larger phones like the iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Awesome product

Customer service is incredible. The product is very stable and the mounting fixture fits with the truck perfectly. I purchased a second one for my truck! Highly recommend OffRoam and will purchase from them again!
