Great mount
I bought two of these ball mounts thinking that I would install one on the driver side and one on the passenger side. I read the product copy and didn't see anything mentioned about exclusion of either, and still don't. Unfortunately, only the passenger side works. I reached out to Offroam and they were quick to respond and even offered to accept a return though I had thrown away the box.
I mounted a bulletpoint solutions arm and magnetic mount to this and it holds great. I have been scouting for elk and hunting pronghorn on washboard BLM roads, and the mount has stayed put. I ended up taking the other mount and milling some slots in the side plastic near the cubby on the passenger side and JB weld-ed it right in there.
So, overall a great mount, but I wouldn't have bought two if I had known.

After failing miserably multiple times to find a solution to mount my Samsung Zfold 3 in my 2024 Subabru Outback, on a whim at 1130 at night EST I texted the number on OFFROAMs' website. Much to my suprise I immediately got a reply and we spent the better part of the next hour bouncing ideas and past failures off each other. The representative ultimately pointed me towards a 20mm ball mounting base, a double socket arm, and a 20mm to 17mm metal ball adapter to connect my existing wireless phone charger. The parts arrived extremely quick and the installation was super simple!! All the parts are metal and do not move or shake when your driving!! These products are extremely well made!! The service and care I received from this company was Top Notch and their products match their service!! Well done OFFROAM!!
The phone mount was a great fit and looks like it came from the factory with the car. The design and the strength of how it holds the phone is excellent. The best phone mount I’ve ever owned.
