Rock solid phone mount

This thing is excellent. It does its job very well. There are a couple of things you should be aware of when you buy this clamp-style phone mount:

1. The mount gets really hot under the sun. If you park in such a way that the sun hits this thing directly, it _will_ get hot. This makes sense with it being aluminum, but I just hadn’t really thought of it until my phone alerted me that it was getting too hot. And since the location is nowhere near an AC vent, cooling down can take a while. This is easily resolved with a sun shade, which I’ve been meaning to buy anyways.
2. The clamp style design may interfere with your phone’s volume or power buttons, depending on the design of your phone. My Pixel 6a sits a little higher than I’d like because placing it lower on the mount causes clamp to depress the volume rocker. This is just the nature of clamp style mounts, but an extra half-inch on the arm would be appreciated so that the phone could sit a bit lower in my field of view.

Neither one of these are a deal-breaker. This is still the best mount I have seen on the market for the LC 250. You will not be disappointed with the build quality and the stability of this mount.

Great bracket

Bought this for a road trip. For my wife's Land Cruiser. The mount stays in place (took me two tries to get it tight, but that was my fault). My wife doesn't use a phone holder, so she can remove the stem and phone bracket- leaving the dash mounted bracket in place. Holds the phone nice and tight.

I normally don't slow down enough to write reviews but this phone holder for my new Land Cruiser is totally awesome!! 100% loved it, great quality and would recommend to anyone!!
