Solid grip on phone, not sure about grip on dash

Have used it for a couple trips so far. Love the clean design, firm grip on my phone, and solid build. Last time I used, when opening the jaws to insert my phone, the contact point on the dash slipped off and screws had to be readjusted/tightened with the allen tool provided. I could see user error with install being a common problem, especially with how low profile of an edge this unit has to bite into. Time will tell whether this becomes a nuisance. The two screws used are very small and you run the risk of stripping threads if you try to overtighten.

This phone holder is the best I have found that doesn't require drilling and is easy to install. It is infinitely adjustable to meet individual needs on the fly. Look no further if you are on the fence!!!

Beats the rest

I first tried a popular 3d printed ball mount that occupies the entire cubby. It just didn’t do the trick. This mount is so rigid and still gives you cubby space. The phone mount is minimal and fantastic. Very happy with it!
