The mount only took a few minutes to install and is rock solid. The phone doesn't shake, even when you tap on the screen. There is plenty of position adjustment range to prevent the phone from blocking the dash display. I chose to set it as far to the right as possible. I went with the Universal Fit Holder, so I can't comment on the holding power of the magnetic mount, but if it is of the same quality as the Universal mount, then it should be a quality product.
I have been dissatisfied with other versions of phone mounts for my Bronco. This was well thought out and well designed to mount firmly to the dash without obstructing the screen view or windshield.
This was our second mount we bought from OFFROAM to put in our second Bronco. We loved our first mount so much, it was a no-brainer which phone mount to buy again! Thank you for the quality phone mounts OFFROAM!
23 Bronco 2D Wildtrack…this thing is rock solid. If it goes anywhere during use that’s probably gonna be the least of my concern, if the dash mount area it’s mounted to holds on impact I doubt this is going anywhere. The phone clip is beyond strong enough to hold my iPhone 13, the only place it’s going is where I put it. Only downside if any and it can be overcome by rotating phone sideways is it will block part of your dash screen. Would definitely purchase again
I didn't want a full rail, or even a half rail system for my phone mount. I saw this as an option, so decided to give it a try. I really like it. It can be mounted to be just a few inches off the steering wheel, and the phone (for me, anyway) can be placed to not cover up any radio screen, and still be not be in the way of seeing the roadway. It is solid! No vibration, even at highway speeds, and it is an easy one hand in and out. Highly recommend!
