Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Offroam. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns subject to the following guidelines:
1. Return Period
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, the product is yours to keep.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
3. Return Shipping
- We offer a flat rate return shipping fee of $8.95 for all eligible domestic returns.
- The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Restocking Fee
- We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please go to http://account.getoffroam.com and log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
6. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, after we receive the return.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping fee, in such cases.
8. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
- If the order has already been shipped, you may follow the standard return process. Please note that this return policy is subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria or those that are received after the 30-day return period.
