Warranty

Offroam products are built to last and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If a product fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to the original owner.

• Mounting Bases, Articulating Arms, and Universal Holders are covered under a lifetime warranty.
• MagSafe-compatible products and electronics (including wireless chargers, cables, and 12V power adapters) are covered for 12 months.

LIMITATIONS

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Offroam or an authorized dealer. It is valid for the original owner with proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, or normal wear and tear
• Misuse, improper installation, or modifications
• Lost or stolen items

LIABILITY RELEASE

Offroam designs and builds vehicle-specific products to function only with compatible vehicles and devices. While we ensure our products are safe to use, Offroam is not liable for:

• Any damage to phones, equipment, vehicle components, or surrounding environments resulting from product use.
• Bodily injury to the user or others due to product use or improper installation.
