I did not expect it to be made of metal throughout. It mounts easily and clamps very firmly. I am 100% pleased with it. I was hoping that it wouldn’t protrude too high above the top of the dash and was not disappointed.

After using the vent louvre destroyer type holder and the a seeing a plastic stick on holder break off I knew when I saw this cell phone holder that it was the one! I ordered one to see if it was as good as it looked on the video and yes it was. I immediately ordered a second one for the passenger side. Pricey yes, well made and durable absolutely, well made of coarse. A great holder that does what it claims to do!
