Weak magnets

Had to buy the Peek Design phone cover for my Samsung Galaxy 22plus phone and was dissappointed at how weak the magnets hold to each other. I can break the hold by applying very little pressure to the phone.

Thank you for your review and feedback. The Samsung Galaxy S22+ does not have built-in magnets and it is not comaptible with MagSafe array without a dedicated case. To achieve a strong magnetic hold with our mount, a phone case that is compatible with the MagSafe magnet arrangement is necessary.

Excellent Product

A little pricey, but it's an excellent product that works as advertised. Much better than the stick-on mounts have had before.

Great product install a little difficult

The product is fantastic! I have a 2023 Chevy Silverado custom refresh. When it comes to trying to get the product under the plastic it was difficult. If you slide the part that suppose to slide onto the plastic dash it’s easier to start on the edge and slide it all the way to the correct location.

Other than the install the product seems great quality as everything is made from metal.

Starting today we offer an updated design that takes care of the installation challenge you reported. The updated mounting base now clamps axially instead of vertically for a better reach and it now ships with a trim tool that can be used to open up the upper gap for easier placement.

It sounds like you managed to get yours installed (nice work!) - but if you are still having trouble, reach out to support and we can swap out the mounting base for the new design.
