Make sure you get 20mm accessories not 1" or ram mount.

That's right, our accessories are all based on 20mm ball - it's noted in our specifications. That means that only 20mm accessories are compatible and this will not work with 1" or 17mm or 22.5mm or any of the other sizes out there.

Great concept...

However...
I really liked this ball mount as it is trim and small and goes on the corner of the vent area close by to the driver. The poor part of this is that the ball size does not fit most magnetic holders - it is just a bit larger. I ended up with another style that worked better.

Hey JEM, the ball diameter is listed on the specifications section of the product.

There are quite a number of ball diameter 'standards' out there: 15mm, 17mm, 20mm, 22.5, 1'... the list goes on. I know it leads to a poor customer experience but at present we leave to end user to check compatibility.

Sounds like a product opportunity to create a mounting base with interchangeable ball diameters :-)

Best on the market

This is the second vehicle I have had an Off Roam mount in for my phone. Easy install, very secure. The only downfall is slight impact on vent usage.
