Regarding the charging performance, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Wireless charging issues are often caused by insufficient power from the vehicle’s USB port. To ensure the charger works properly, it needs to be connected to a 12V power adapter that provides at least 20W. If you’re using a standard USB port, it may not be delivering enough power for efficient charging.
If you haven't already, I'd recommend trying a 12V power adapter with 20W or more output. If you're still having trouble, please feel free to reach out—we’re here to help troubleshoot further or assist with a return if needed.

The way this attaches to the air vent is truly innovative. It’s a sleek, clean mount. I love the agility of the arm. And I think the built-in MagSafe charger is great. My only complaint is I wish the magnet was stronger. A few road bumps will Sometimes knock the phone completely off. I do not have a phone case so I know that’s not the issue
Otherwise it’s perfect.

Fits perfectly. Magnet is not that strong. I tap on my phone and falls off right away. Also charger is slow. Definitely not worth the $120

Here is how to ensure you’re taking advantage of both:
1. There are 17 high force magnets inside of the charger. These will generate over 1kg of holding force with a case that also has magnets close to its surface. The case needs to be MagSafe compatible. We recommend PeakDesign cases or if you have an iPhone - Apple makes great cases. Either of these will hold the device very well. Placing metal rings behind the case is not a good strategy to get a good holding force.
2. In order to get fast charge speeds the outlet where you plug in needs to be at least 20W. Most cars, including new ones, do not provide a high power output. Do keep in mind that rate of charge depends on temperature and state of charge of the battery. Only the balance of the received power that is not used by the apps running on your phone will go towards battery charging.
